Welcome to the DePuy Synthes Leeds Induction Programme.
The aim of the programme is to ensure you go home safely after your days work. Your health and safety is of utmost importance to us and we undertake to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, contractors and customers. The induction is provided in conjunction with our Online Health and Safety partner, EazySafe who have set up a self registration process described in the PDF document linked below.
Registration instructions.
It is your responsibility to create an account on the system, and complete the induction. Please Note : you will receive an automated email from ‘Learning Centre’ with a link to the induction and your username and password. You do not need to respond to this email but you should keep it for reference if you need to login to renew your pass in the future.
In order to create an account, you will need a “registration code” which should already have been provided to you via email by your DePuy contact.
