Contractor is a person or business who performs services for ZOML that affects the quality system, e.g. installing, repairing or maintaining equipment on ZOML’s behalf, under a contractual agreement.
Visitor is a person or business who visits ZOML; he/she must be accompanied by a ZOML employee at all times.
